Impact School of Ministry exists to equip people to minister powerfully and effectively in their God-given gifts and calling. Based at Faith Chapel and led by our Pastoral Staff, we follow the model of Jesus who trained and sent out his disciples as leaders. At ISOM we teach practical Christian ministry and focus on three areas of training: Knowledge of the Bible, Ministry Skills, and Personal Spiritual Formation. ISOM students will learn to impact their world as leaders and be released to serve in our local church as ministry leaders, serve as pastors and church staff members, serve as ministers in our local community, sent out as church planters, and sent out as international missionaries

Feed the City is our monthly local outreach in the City of Syracuse
Each month we take bags of groceries to areas of the inner city and simply ask people if we can bless them with this gift and with prayer. Every time we go out we see people get touched by God, physically healed, and come to church for the first time. We want to be catalysts for encounters with God and change the world, so we want to start with the city we live in.
Since 2009 we have seen God do amazing things through the Feed the City ministry, which has provided our church with incredible ministry opportunities in our great city. The lost have been saved, the sick healed, physical needs have been met, people have experienced freedom, encouragement and love. Through this ministry God has changed our lives as well.
Over the past two years God has expanded our dream to impact Syracuse - revealing that a sustained presence in the city is the next step. We are excited to officially announce our newest ministry to our city, the Community Transformation House (CTH).
At our CTH, people will live in some the neediest neighborhoods of our city. From “The House,” we will reveal our loving Father by loving, caring, and meeting the basic needs of people in the neighborhood. In early August, Lori Tyler has become a missionary to our city by moving into our first CTH, located in an area devastated by poverty, brokenness, and crime. We also hope to host interns in the CTH to assist in this ministry.
Currently Lori is in the process of building relationships with her neighbors and we hope that through this process her neighbors will encounter the goodness of God. In the future, we will plan ministry events for children, neighborhood BBQs, and a variety of other outreach events. We believe that this community will be the first of many that are transformed by the presence of those who have a heart to impact Syracuse.
Faith Chapel supports a variety of missions endeavors around the world. Our support is based upon relationships with these missionaries. We are committed to sending out and supporting missionaries from our local church.
